New Guided Meditation Group starts Tues 12th April. 2016 – 7pm
Always wanted to meditate, but can’t/find it difficult? – This evening is for you!
For those unaccustomed to meditating, it can be useful to start with guided meditations led by an experienced teacher who takes you on a “journey” rather than sit in complete silence.
Our sessions are led by Naomi Marghaleet, a healer and teacher of meditation for 15 years. Naomi creates a beautiful, calm environment where you can relax and release tensions of the day, week, month, year…
The benefits of meditation are well known: reduced stress, better sleep, more focus, inner peace.
Our group meets weekly, Tuesdays 7-8pm. £5. All welcome.
